Kim Spivey

Kim has over 25 years experience in organizational strategy leadership, leadership development, human resources and financial sales and service management. Prior to Spivey and Olmstead, Kim was Director of Diversity and Employee Engagement for Wachovia Corporation and, with the CEO, co-led the Corporate Diversity Council. In her various roles, Kim has advised managers and senior leaders from a wide range of business functions including finance, legal, operations, brokerage, retail sales, marketing and wealth management in both the corporate and non-profit sectors. She has developed and implemented successful strategies for mergers and acquisitions, new business creation, employer branding and engagement, communications, culture change, organizational redesign and team performance. She is known as a leader who is visionary and has strong execution ability.

Kim is an active community leader focused on education and poverty.

Jill Olmstead

Jill has 25 years of Human Resources and organizational leadership experience. She most recently led the Human Resources function for Corporate and Investment Banking and for all International Businesses and was on the Corporate and Investment Bank Operating Committee and the Corporate International Governing Board. She has extensive experience in human resource management, culture integration, leadership development, and organizational and executive consulting. She has a successful track record in developing and implementing programs such as performance management, employee engagement, compensation planning, executive development, and succession planning. She has built a reputation as an executive with a strategic and pragmatic approach to talent management with an eye toward bottom line results.

Jill is active in the community and focused on the arts, education, and homeless initiatives.
